Do I need to know my prescription when visiting?
If you're an existing patient, don't worry as all prescription records are kept on file so there is no need for you to be sure of your prescription.
If you're a new patient however, we will have to undergo an eye exam to determine your prescription, unless you have an in-date, valid prescription from a qualified practitioner.
We receive many patients who are unsure about their eye health. If you feel like you need more information regarding your eye examination, glasses, contact lenses or prescription please don't hesitate to get in touch with our practice.
Our members of staff will be more than happy to discuss any issues you may have.
